Privacy Policy

Who we are

Tribloc is operated by Benjamin Zsigri, based in Budapest, Hungary. Benjamin Zsigri is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Because the operator is based in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we handle your information. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Inquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), and your answers to a few questions about your business. Used to reply to you and prepare a quote.
  • Booking a call: name, email, phone (optional), and the time you choose. Used to create the calendar invite and send a confirmation.
  • Chat: the messages you type. Replies are produced by an external language model (DeepSeek), which processes what you write. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
  • Marketing consent (optional, separate checkbox): if you check it, we may email you about relevant offers later. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

We do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers for analytics. Page-view measurement runs without them. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else processes it

Submissions pass through our own Cloudflare Worker, are stored in our lead database (Supabase), and are routed by Make.com, a workflow-automation service. Bookings go to Google Calendar. Chat messages are processed by DeepSeek to produce the reply. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the United States, including in the EU.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking data as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the business relationship plus any period required by Hungarian accounting and tax law. If nothing comes of an inquiry, we delete it within 24 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
