Classes

Three classes, three different paces.

None is better than the others. Try each once, then stick with the one that suits your week.

  • A woman sitting cross-legged on her mat, palms together, in a bright room

    Slow · 60 min · Beginner-friendly

    Hatha

    Slower pace, longer holds

You stay in each pose a little longer, with time to notice how it feels. The teacher shows an easier version of everything.

    What to expect

    • Longer holds and clear instruction
    • Breathing practice to start
    • Five minutes' rest at the end

    Teacher: Hannah

  • Three women doing a seated hip stretch against a dark wall

    Steady · 60 min · Beginner-friendly

    Mobility

For after a day at a desk

Slow, controlled work through the hips, shoulders and back. Built around that feeling of finally standing up after a long day sitting down.

    What to expect

    • Joint mobility with blocks and straps
    • Attention to how you sit and stand
    • A good weekly counterpart to desk work

    Teacher: Priya

  • A small group holding triangle pose in a room with tall windows

    Dynamic · 75 min · Some experience

    Vinyasa

    Continuous, breath-led movement

Poses link together and your breath sets the pace. Expect to warm up properly and leave with a clearer head.

    What to expect

    • Continuous movement, few pauses
    • Strength and stretching sections in turn
    • Rest in child's pose whenever you need

    Teacher: Tom

The studio

A small room and three teachers who'll know your name.

Questions?

Answers at 11pm, too.

The studio assistant knows the schedule, the prices and what beginners need to know. Anything it can't answer goes to the teachers, who reply the next morning.

Studio assistant

Online, answers 0-24

Hi! I'm the studio assistant. I'll show you the schedule, save your spot and set up a class pack, even if it occurs to you at midnight.

This is a pre-written example, not a live system. Yours replies with your own services, your own prices, in your own words.

Common questions

Can I come as a complete beginner?

Yes. Most of our classes are beginner-friendly, and every pose has an easier version. Mention it's your first time when you book and the teacher will keep an eye out for you.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. The studio provides mats, bolsters, blankets and straps.

How much does it cost?

A drop-in class is $22, and a 10-class pack is $190, good for six months. Your first class is free.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, free of charge up to 4 hours before class. After that the class comes off your pack.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I come?

Tell the teacher before class and they'll suggest alternatives for each pose. Yoga isn't medical treatment, so if you're in pain or recovering from an injury, check with your doctor or physical therapist first.
